Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We will exchange goods when returned in perfect condition with your receipt, within 28 days of purchase. Sale goods are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credit notes given.
When goods are purchased as gifts, if these are not suitable and returned within 28 days of purchase, they will be exchanged for a credit note. If n item is personalised i.e.: made to measure or altered in anyway, this cannot be returned.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 28 days of your purchase. Any goods returned which are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

1. If you wish to return an item then you need to notify us by email or call, stating the reason why and what’s required.
2. Mail your returned item to: 205 on Ashley, 205 Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire WA15 9SQ.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. In the case of goods which are made and provided to your specification or which have been tailored to you, you do not have the right to return. 205 On Ashley Ltd is not responsible for returns costs.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. Exchanging an item will be subject to availability.
